SANNONIC FN-80

Outline

Synthetic Higher Alcohol-based Nonionic Surfactant as a Raw Material for Detergent with Excellent Low-Temperature Fluidity and Good Workability

構造式

Features

· Base materials for detergents and metal cleaners.
· It has a lower pour point than other nonionic surfactants with the same cloud point, and can be easily transferred and blended.
· Low pour point and fast dissolution rate in cold water.
· Suitable to formulate detergents. It has high detergency and are easily biodegradable.
· It is less corrosive to metals, suitable as base materials for acid/alkaline detergents. It is also applicable as oiliness improvers, and emulsifiers for rolling oils and cutting oils.
· Can be used in various industries such as cleaning agents, emulsifiers, dispersants, and wetting agents in industrial fields such as kitchen detergents, clothing detergents, and household detergents / textile industry, paper / pulp industry, synthetic resin industry, metal industry, and pharmaceuticals.

Precaution Against Mishandling

· In addition to surfactants, detergents contain appropriate foam stabilizers, solubilizers, builders, etc. Regarding these formulations, check the performance and safety in advance, and use within the range where there is no problem.
· Since it is a nonionic surfactant, when used in combination with sodium hypochlorite for bleaching purposes, sodium hypochlorite is decomposed, this product is oxidized and causes performance deterioration. Therefore, do not use it for sodium hypochlorite bleach.
