Polyurethane Resin Solution for Synthetic/Artificial Leather Epidermis Layer that Forms a Tough, Flexible and Highly Breathable Coating Film.
Features
· Polyurethane resin solution for adhesive layer used for moisture permeable and waterproof processing for moisture permeable and waterproof cloth used as a material for rainwear.
· Forms a film that allows water vapor to pass through but does not allow water droplets to pass through.
· Used for moisture-permeable and waterproof skin. For drywall processing.
· Since it forms a tough dry film (tensile strength at the time of cutting of about 90 MPa), which cannot be obtained with conventional polyurethane resin solutions, the outer layer can be made thinner, and the moisture permeability and softness can be further improved. Contributes to both prevention of rainwater penetration and swelling and ease of movement.

Precaution Against Mishandling
· When using other resins together, check the compatibility with other resins in advance and use within the range where there is no problem.
· Dry the equipment such as the coating liquid preparation tank and coating equipment sufficiently before use. If water remains, the polyurethane resin in the coating liquid will partially solidify and precipitate, forming a porous layer with poor surface smoothness and texture.
