Pour Point Depressant for Lubricating Oils, Effective for Various Base Oils with a Wide Range of Viscosities
Features
· A pour point depressant for lubricating oils which consists of a methacrylate copolymer and refined mineral oils.
· This product exhibits excellent improvement effect of low-temperature properties for various base oils with a wide range of viscosities, particularly medium to high viscosities.
· Exhibits excellent improvement effect of low-temperature properties even when used in small amounts and improves the low-temperature fluidity of lubricating oils.
· This product is suitable as an additive for various lubricating oils, such as hydraulic fluids, engine oils, and gear oils, all of which have medium to high viscosities.

Precaution Against Mishandling
· Evenly dissolve this product in base oils. If this product is unevenly dissolved in a base oil, this product will not exert its expected performance in improvement effect of low-temperature properties.
· Before blending this product with either a high-viscosity base oil (e.g., bright stock) or lubricant oil additives (e.g., a detergent, a dispersant) in large amounts, test that the blended oil is able to maintain its stability over a suitable period of time to ensure that there are no problems.
· Blend this product between 50 and 70 ℃. If this product is heated above 80 ℃, deterioration may occur.
Other Precautions
· If stored in a tank, maintain the conditions described below to protect from deteriorating. Maximum storage temperature: 50 ℃
Limit storage term: 6 months
