Precaution Against Mishandling
· If water gets into the this product, the foaming ratio will change and desiredl polyurethane foam may not be obtained. Avoid contaminating with water and absorbing moisture.
· When mixed with the isocyanate component, it reacts at room temperature without a catalyst and cures with heat generation, so never premix with the isocyanate component.
· If polyurethane foam is manufactured on a foam scale that uses more than 1 kg of polyol, heat from the reaction may accumulate inside the polyurethane foam and ignite. Avoid stacking polyurethane foam for about 10 hours after foaming, and store in a cool place.
