Lanolin-Based Cationic Surfactant, Hair Conditioner Base Which Imparts Softness
Features
· It is a lanolin-based cationic surfactant containing approx. 65 wt % of N(N'-lanolin fatty acid amide propyl)-N-ethyl-N,N-dimethylammonium ethylsulfate as the active ingredient, and 1,3-butylene glycol and water as solvents.
· Imparts an excellent feel while rinsing hair, and imparts long-lasting smoothness and softness to the treated hair. It is optimal for use as a base in hair conditioners and treatments.
· Imparts an excellent antistatic property to hair.
· Protects hair from damage resulting from brushing.
· Compatible with anionic surfactants.
· Active ingredient name listed in the International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient Name publication.

Precaution Against Mishandling
· Do not use hair conditioners containing CATION LQ under alkaline conditions (pH ≥ 9.0). If the pH of the hair conditioners exceeds 9.0, this product does not exhibit its conditioning effects such as softness to hair and low coefficients of dynamic friction.

· In Japan, CATION LQ is approved for an exclusive use in cosmetics.
