Features
· An enteric-soluble coating agent (methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion), suitable for coating at low temperatures.
· Compared to our other grade; POLYQUID PA-30, its minimum film forming temperature is lower.
· To improve dispersion stability of spray suspension of POLYQUID PA-30.
· In addition to protecting the active ingredient, it can be used for enteric coatings, bitterness masking, matrix binders, etc.
· Drug release at any site of digestion. Small intestine (upper part) pH:5 to 7 and Small intestine (lower part) and large intestine pH:6 to 8.
· Coating agents - The coating film made by this product on tablets and granules can mask the taste, protect active ingredients, release the drug at any site of digestion and allow sustained release of the drug.
· Protection of active ingredients, and taste masking.
· Binders and excipients - Used for binders for wet granulation method based water or organic solvent.
· Having excellent low-film forming temperature property.
· It conforms to JPE, NF and EP.

Precaution Against Mishandling
· It may precipitate copolymer components if it is strongly agitated. Set the optimum stirring conditions according to the coating liquid preparation equipment.
· The efficacy and stability of the drug product vary depending on the drug used in combination, its amount, manufacturing method, and usage. Test it in advance and use it within the range where there is no problem.
· Determine the optimal agitation conditions for POLYQUID PA-30L according to the apparatus applied because copolymer ingredients may be separated out when it is rapidly agitated.
· Use this product after ensuring the performance to allow it to exert its expected performance, because the effects, and stability depend on the conditions such as other agents added, the amounts, formula, directions for use, etc.
Other Precautions
Store indoors at 5 − 25 °C and keep containers tightly closed to protect this product from deterioration.
