Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd. (“we” or “the Company”) hereby announces that, based on resolutions adopted at the meetings of its Boards of Directors held today, the Company has resolved to provisionally appoint a new Representative Director as outlined below. The appointment is scheduled to be formally decided following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 20, 2025, and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
